Your First Visit
Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly team members. We ask that you arrive at the clinic 10minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a detailed medical and dental history form. From here you will be taken into the treatment room by your assistant where you will meet your dentist.
Our dentists enjoy getting to know you and discussing your desired outcomes. We will conduct a comprehensive examination and develop a detailed treatment plan. If time permits we always offer a clean at your first appointment. We are happy and willing to answer any questions you have, and discuss any concerns you may have about treatment required.
We understand that coming to the dentist can create some anxiety so we aim to make the experience as pleasant as possible. We have state of the art chairs designed with your comfort in mind, we also provide a pillow for neck support and lip balm on your lips to keep them hydrated. During your treatment we have a television on the ceiling with a variety of programs to choose from. We also have music playing if you would just prefer to layback and listen.
