Dr Alexandra Davies graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and a Graduate Diploma in Dentistry in 2014. Alex has a love for, and excels in all fields of dentistry with a particular interest in Endodontics and Facial Aesthetics. With her kind and understanding demeanour, gentle nature and bubbly personality, she is an asset to the team.
Alex was born just over the hill in Samford. After working in Samford for a number of years she decided it was time to venture out and start Admire Dentistry. She is a firm believer in taking an integrated approach to health and endeavours to pass this on to her patients. Alex also values honesty and transparency when it comes to her patients’ treatment needs. She keeps active and healthy, and enjoys the outdoors.

Esther graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 and has been working in private dental practices on Brisbane’s Northside ever since.
Esther loves working with people and helping them to achieve oral health through prevention and personalised care. She is fascinated by the oral-systemic link and truly believe oral health enhances overall well-being.
Esther aims to provide a comfortable and positive experience at every appointment and guides her patients with gentleness and care towards their own dental health goals.
Esther has 2 daughters and in her spare time she enjoys gardening, yoga, the beach and camping trips with her family and friends.

After developing a passion for dentistry as a dental assistant, Nicole completed a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry at Griffith University. Nicole has an interest in paediatric and restorative dentistry and particularly enjoys making a child’s visit to the dentist memorable and fun.
Nicole is warm, friendly and considerate of her patients, ensuring procedures are as gentle and comfortable as possible. She understands that a visit to the dentist can cause anxiety, and is motivated to ensure all her patients have a positive experience during their dental appointment. Nicole likes nothing more than to send her patients away with a smile!
Outside of dentistry, Nicole enjoys reading a good book, trying out new restaurants and cafes with family and friends, and baking.
Dr Samantha El-Tawil

Dr. Samantha graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Dental Science and Masters in Dentistry. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Growing up in Perth, Samantha is also an experienced Oral Health Therapist and has also participated in dental charities in Vietnam. Samantha’s dedication goes beyond “fixing teeth” and is committed to enhancing patients’ quality of life. She has a special interest in pediatric dentistry and believes that positive dental experiences at a young age can have a lifelong impact on a person’s attitude towards oral hygiene and dental care.
Samantha was previously living on the Gold Coast where she completed her dental degree and moved to Brisbane to enjoy the city life! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Dr Michael graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2011. Prior to that he was a pilot in the Royal Australian Navy for over 20 years. During that time he flew a number of different types including both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft in several different operational roles. He was lucky enough to be selected for instructor training in the UK in 2000 and then for Experimental Test Pilot training in the USA in 2003.
Dr Michael enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has also completed post graduate studies in Dental Implants at the University of Melbourne (2017 PG Dip Clin Dent – Implants). He manages to integrate his passion for technology and his attention to detail in to his clinical work particularly in the field of dental implantology to get great results. He is an active member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and published research recently in the field of 3D printing in dentistry. Dr Michael regularly participates in professional education to stay abreast of updates in his field and he recently returned from a short course at Harvard University in Boston, USA.
Outside of the clinic, Michael enjoys getting outdoors particularly on the water with his 2 sons, daughter and long suffering but well-travelled wife.

Priya graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010 and since then has
worked in Melbourne and across multiple practices across Brisbane. She has a passion for helping patients with their Oral health and is very excited to help build the hygiene department within Admire Dentistry.
In her spare time, you will find Priya trying to keep up with her two boys who love exploring the great outdoors. Food, glorious food is the other way that Priya likes to spend her time, whether it’s cooking, baking or eating, her family and friends are always well fed!

Ferny Hills born and bred, Sarah’s passion for dentistry began during her orthodontic treatment in her teens. Sarah’s focus is on prevention and education. Her goal is to empower her patients so that they can achieve and maintain the best possible oral health for life. Sarah is a caring and gentle hygienist whose aim is to make each visit an enjoyable experience.
In her free time Sarah can be found spending time with her two sons, hiking, attending a pilates class or exploring Brisbane and the surrounds looking for new restaurants to eat at or adventures to try.

Pim has recently joined our Admire Dentistry family and she is excited to work with you to achieve the beautiful and healthy smile you deserve. Pim is compassionate and highly skilled dentist with a particular interest in aesthetic and children’s dentistry.
Pim graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Health Science (Honours) and a Master of Dentistry from Griffith University. Pim received numerous awards throughout her studies for both academics and clinical talents. Prior to her master degree, Pim was an Oral Health Therapist for seven years which in combination has provided her with extensive knowledge within the dental field and is a testament to her dedication to delivering exceptional care.
Pim cares for her patients as if they were family. She takes her time to listen and understand her patients. She strives to provide holistic care and personalised treatment plan that prioritise their overall wellness. Her kind and gentle nature makes her approachable and able to put her anxious patients minds especially young children at ease. Pim is committed to make sure your little ones enjoy the fun ride at our dental chair.

Dr. Hannah Wantrupp-Lock is excited to join Admire Dentistry in Arana Hills, offering her expertise in facial aesthetic injectables. A graduate with distinction in Dentistry from Griffith University 2009, Dr. Wantrupp-Lock is known for her precision and dedication to patient care. With the qualification of Masters in Aesthetic Medicine (Distinction), she provides expert injectable treatments tailored to each patient’s needs. When undergoing Masters study, Dr Hannah’s dissertation focus was safety of dermal fillers and management of complications. Dr Hannah has been providing facial injectable treatments since 2019. Her comprehensive understanding of facial structure, paired with a commitment to staying at the forefront of aesthetic techniques, ensures natural and refined results for every patient.
Growing up in Cedar Creek, Samford, Dr. Hannah has a strong connection to the local community. In fact, she grew up next door to Dr Alex and attended primary school together.
Patient education is a priority for Dr Hannah. She welcomes patients for a comprehensive consultation and treatment planning discussion to determine what is suitable for each individual.

Farewell dear friend
One of a kind does not come close to describing Richard Outridge, fondly known as Dick by his Army mates. His quick wit and cheeky sense of humour were qualities we were all fond of. Even after he put down the tools, he was our favourite visitor. The team loved when he was around, there was a buzz within the practice and always laughter. At home he was a devoted husband and loving father and grandfather. Richard loved his home and his family, and often enjoyed a Sav Blanc or two on their deck overlooking the breathtaking views. We know he would be endlessly grateful to Mel for caring for him the way she did. It allowed him to stay home,
in the place he loved so much with the women he loved so much, until his last days. He was so proud of Mel and her passion for her artwork, and we know he’ll be watching over her and in awe of her future pieces.
His patients fondly remember him as gentle, caring and just the sweetest man. He had a loyal patient following of over 30 years from the Army to private practice in Strathpine, Albany Creek and Samford Village. A local through and through, it’s only fitting that his final practice was within the community he cherished. He had a calmness about him that soothed the most anxious of patients and a kindness that was felt throughout the practice. With Mel by his side there as nothing they couldn’t accomplish together, and the legacy they’ve left in Samford is a testament to that.
Mel would like to personally thank every single patient of the practice, you weren’t just patients, you became friends and family. Richard loved being a dentist and it was never a chore for him. He was one of the lucky ones who found a job he loved, and he never worked a day in his life. Dentistry and helping people were truly his passion, and you, his wonderful patients made that a reality for him. I hope you all know how special you were to him.
Please know that although Richard had been unwell, we never expected him to pass. His passing was sudden and a shock to those closest to him. Richard passed 3rd October 2023, and was farewelled at the Lake View Chapel, Albany Creek Crematorium on October 27th 2023.

Mardi grew up in Stanthorpe on a small farm at Cannon Creek.
She had Maxillo-Facial dental surgery when she was 17 years old, and this is where she fell in love with dentistry. Mardi has worked in all facets of dentistry ranging from a dental assistant, senior dental assistant, receptionist, practice manager and is now front office coordinator at Admire Dentistry. Mardi has two pet Cockatiels who she lovingly refers to as Pippin and Frodo. In her spare time, she loves to walk and spend time with family and friends

She spent most of her childhood in India and on her days off she loves to be out in nature enjoying the sun!
